How listening time is counted
On Play
Audio is made only when you press Play, so emails you skip cost nothing.
Free replays
Audio you have already played doesn't count again.
The 1st
Your hours reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused minutes don't roll over.

Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. Sign in and you get 1 hour of listening a month, with no card needed.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Write to support@spokeninbox.com and we will switch it for you.
How do I cancel?
In the app, open Plans and choose Manage subscription.
What happens when I run out of time?
Emails keep arriving in your inbox. Listening picks up again on the 1st, or right away if you upgrade.
